Create a default audio player theme template

The library media-chrome has a few examples of player theme templates. Of most interest is the Tailwind theme. They are created using a HTML template and referencing it in the media controller.

This is actually rather complex, the player template is another layer of WebComponent on top of the player, all the necessary styles to customize the template would need to be able to pass thought the shadow DOM barrier, otherwise independent blocks can not use the block editor provided classes and styles, they will not pass through into the nested components of the template.
