Is all the LiDAR, radar and camera data time synchronised?

I want to create a custom-made dataset for multi-modal 3D object detection in maritime environments using your dataset for my MSc thesis. I need some information to do so and, unfortunately, the paper related to the dataset has been removed.

Thank you for your interest in our dataset.

For the Near Port and Outer Port Sequence, Stereo Camera, LiDAR, and X-band radar are synchronized; for other sequences, only LiDAR and X-band radar are synchronized.

W-band Radar is operated independently.
