Paypal 'PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Exception'

Describe the Bug

Hi
We have been experiencing the following error (below) on our server log since 23rd Dec.
Payments are being made, captured and processed on our site but wonder what can be triggering this constant error message.

We had to switch off the ADVANCED CARD PAYMENTS option early in December as our e-commerce site was being inundated with FAILED & Fraudulent small orders due to some kind of vulnerability in the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin.

We would like to activate the Applepay & Googlepay options but feel that the plugin is unstable and i am loathe to make changes whilst it is plodding along.

Any advice would be gratefully received.
