When load the ifc file with this module, I got the following issue.

This is my frontend code to load the ifc file.

Could you please let me know why this error appears?

@force9493 Sorry for the late reply as I'm travelling and busy with my prototyp project report. I tried your ifc file "rac_advanced_sample_project.ifc" and it could load properly without errors (from public folder or drag&drop), although the trees and bushes are just white and look strange (I would check it later), while I could not load it with the url (maybe my current network is too slow, I'll try again when I get better connection). You could check how babylonjs load model with url first.
