Feature Request: Display Mentees per Project and Track Remaining Seats

The mentor-mentee collaboration portal should display the number of mentees assigned to each project, as well as track the remaining available seats in real-time.

Proposed Solution:
Real-time Seat Tracking:

Show the current number of mentees per project.
Display the available seats left for each project, helping mentors manage their mentees effectively.
BONUS : Automatic Updates:
Ensure that the number of available seats is automatically updated when mentees are either accepted or rejected from the project.
Reflect the changes immediately on the interface to ensure mentors have up-to-date information.
