Mod not working on Steam Deck

I cannot get it to load the save files. They are apparently hidden on the steam deck. Does anyone know how to get this save editor to work on Linux?

It is working on steam deck and linux via Wine.

Easiest way is to open it with Protontricks.
If you do not have it, download it from Flatpack with Discover.
Then choose prefix of MW5 game.

Open driveC users/steamuser/AppData/Local/MW5Mercs/Saved/SaveGames

Save names will not be as you name it, sort them by time and you will have it.

If you do not want for some reason to do with Protontricks there is an alternative way.
Proton creates "prefixes" for it's work. Basically it is sort of your drive C stuff and other irrelevant things for this topic. Steam creates individual prefix for each game.

If it is on your SteamDeck internal drive, you should open:
/home/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/784080/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/MW5Mercs/Saved/SaveGames
With this method you will not see .steam folder from internal MW5Editor file browser. It is hidden and i have found no way to manualy input path there. Just copy save file somewhere with your Dolphin file-manager and after editing put it manually back .

If it is on your SDcard:
rootfs(or / if you are in MW5Editor selector)/run/media/name_of_your_card/steamapps/compatdata/784080/pfx/drive_c/users ... etc.

P.s. 784080 is steam app id for MW5 mercs, you can access other games drive_C wit this method. Use another folder with game appid.
