可以看我的https://github.com/weinfly/Sedentary-reminder，对比LS的，我添加的是将配置添加到app.config文件的，然后默认程序启动就开始倒计时。没有楼上的开机启动功能(因为我自己电脑是长期不关的)，没有暂停功能
