importing .psbt's

At the moment, you can import .psbt files, but only one at a time. Allow the user to import many at once.

Typically, you have multiple UTXOs, sign them offline or only partially, bring them to the computer (or other computer for geo distributed), and need to sign a bunch of them. I believe now we need to "import" each one by one.

I'm interested about the use case you have for this?

Here ls a scenario:

Suppose I want to move a bunch of coins out of liana. i don't want to move them all in one transaction - the usual privacy-hygiene stuff. So I moved them in groups with a common source. The coldcard could sign them using [sign-all], and a few ticks later I have say 5 signed .psbt files ready for liana to broadcast. I have to load and broadcast them one-by-one.
