旧版本好像可以先在B站那边自动开启直播间，并没有必须ffmpeg的限制，但是现在好像必须要设置ffmpeg才能让工具在B站端开启直播间

appsetting.json里面有个AdvanceStrictMode，设置为false不强制要求ffmpeg，随便填写一个命令就行
