Describe the Bug

hydrating the React commponent in .astro file, when the children is a text and the {children} have sibling tags, the children will disappear.

What's the expected result?

Hope to fix them.

Looking at your repro, it seems related to the use of experimentalReactChildren! I'm not familiar with this flag so I don't know if this is the expected behavior or an edge case.
In the meantime, I can see two workarounds:

1. If you need the option: wrap each child with an element.

-<Test client:load>Testing children</Test>
+<Test client:load><span>Testing children</span></Test>

2. If you don't expect more than one child element to be passed: you can just remove the experimental flag.

-integrations: [react({ experimentalReactChildren: true })],
+integrations: [react()],

I'm leaving this as needs triage because this would require the confirmation of someone more familiar with this flag.
