when you run generate-metadata,

This command only works for workspace scripts, for flows inline scripts use wmill flow generate - locks
The comnand it tells you to run is incorrect. it should be wmill flow generate-locks
To reproduce
wmill script generate-metadata
Expected behavior
it should be wmill flow generate-locks
