"Close shelf when emptied" option is not working correctly

📝 Description

Even when the "Close shelf when emptied" option is active, Dropshelf does not close when moving or copying files

Steps to reproduce

1. click on settings
2. Activate the "Close shelf when emptied" option
3. put files on Dropshelf
4. drag the files to another location
5. see that Dropshelf does not close automatically
