[Feature] Add France MRTT refueling loops and AWACS orbits

I recently found French Air Force publish this map which show refueling loops in gray and AWACS orbits in pink.

I don't know how to precisely create the layer with this, maybe a task for @mpentler

I will take a look at this. I am sure I had seen the map before, but I maybe had not come across the coordinates. Hopefully they are all simple definitions. Sadly je ne parle pas français.

Edit: AIPs have English too, which I forgot :)

Ok - so the issue with this, and why I think I didn't embark on this myself, was the definition of the areas. Rather than having coordinate areas they specify fixes and tracks and leg lengths. This seems like it would be a lot of manual work to convert to a geojson.
