Change name to Front End Lab

We need to remove all references to "Front End Hack Night" and "Front End Community" from this repo.

This sadly also includes the title of the repo itself. It should be renamed to front-end-lab and old links referencing front-end-community should be updated.

• Scrub Front End Hack Night and Front End Community references from all Markdown files
• Rename repo
• Update links
