Should be pretty easy to implement for HTML5 video embeds. I'm assuming this would be harder to do for youtube videos unless the bbcode parser is aware of what content is being rendered inside of a quote.

Maybe it would be possible to change the size of the embed iframe in CSS for youtube videos inside quotes? But I'm not sure
