It should be able to take a UTF-8 dialogue script, a Mii in rsd format, a Pokemon in pk4 format, and a JSON property file as input and make properly encrypted wc24 files.
Properties that'll need to be set in JSON:
Pokemon Wanted
Distribution Start
Distribution End
