I'm currently working on a few open PRs to contribute actively to the project. However, I'm also in the process of drafting my proposal.

One of the ideas I'm exploring involves active learning, but I'm finding it challenging to fully understand the project's context and how best to structure the proposal content around it. What Would be the best possible communication channel to ask for guidance specifically for this? I want to ensure my proposal is well-informed and aligns with the project’s goals.

Like if I make a draft proposal then how can improve it with the help of project mentors ?
