Linebreaks Option for WYSIWYG

The annoyance specifically, for me anyways, would deal with the paragraphize setting.
I can teach a client to shift+enter to avoid creating new paragraphs upon new lines, if need be.
It's the automatically wrapping text initially in <p> tags that's a pain in the arse.

But it looks like both settings are related so linebreaks should fix both I hope.
