Should webgpu.dev redirect to webgpu.github.io, instead of the spec?

Right now, the description for https://github.com/webgpu has a link to https://webgpu.dev, which redirects to https://gpuweb.github.io/gpuweb/. If webgpu.github.io and webgpu.org are going to be a thing, I think webgpu.dev should redirect there instead.

https://github.com/webgpu links to webgpu.org now (I think I did this when I finished setting it up).

There probably aren't any load-bearing links to webgpu.dev out there, so we could change it to redirect to webgpu.org. I certainly use it all the time but that's probably not very representative ^_^

BTW webgpu.github.io doesn't exist, it briefly redirected to webgpu.org but it might have been causing some issues for https://webgpu.github.io/webgpu-samples so I just removed it (by renaming the repo to webgpu.org).
