wpt.fyi not updating

@jgraham: Flakiness with Safari and firefox. As a result there have been no aligned results for two weeks. Will take a look at the Firefox.
@gsnedders: Next agenda item is a solution

@gsnedders: Currently working on this. Need to merge the segments so we can't upload directly without changes
@jgraham Could have another GitHub action run that happens afterwards. Not sure how much effort it is for WPT.fyi to do it
@gsnedders Currently in AZ pipelines, we have a task that runs after everything else that tells WPT.fyi that is done. Keeping it on wpt.fyi seems like the right option. Will try to get things running but not uploading yet. Once we get this all working, STP will be fairly quick
@jgraham The only advantage of having GitHub Action is being able to see the logs if something broke. But that typically doesn't break.
@gsnedders In Github workflows, entire workflows can be retriggered but not subset of jobs. Can't easily have a sync task.
@gsnedders Currently plan is to get WebKitRunner working on MacOS. Then WebKit Test Runner on iOS Simulator. Then we have a better baseline to compare against. At least WebKitRunner working on MacOS before TPAC.

@jgraham Not much progress since last meeting but we have three action items from last meeting.
@past: @WeizhongX is currently looking into RefTests. We also have not re-run the script since last time.
@jcscottiii That's correct. We need to re-run the script.
@past It may take a few meetings before we get updates because of vacation.

@gsnedders Trying to re-run a bunch of Azure jobs. But they are still failing.
@jgraham Some times it takes multiple runs. But agree that we should get at least one good run.
