Unable to find changelog for @rsbuild/plugin-stylus

So, @rsbuild/plugin-stylus has been bumped from 1.2. to 1.3.0 recently?
I can't find the changelog or any summary anywhere what has changed or improved.

Suggestions welcome.

Sorry I didn't maintain a changelog for plugin-stylus, you can find the changes here: #7064

Understand, we're all busy 😅

But I highly recommend maintaining changelogs.
How about copying the summary from #7064 to a new releases page?
