Feature Split: Update twig to honor paragraph view display and use field renderers

Update the "Feature Split" paragraph twig template to:

• Move display logic to the .theme file
• Use field render twig templates instead of hard-coding in the paragraph
• Have the view display settings for the paragraph apply (except for having the image field show first)

Solving the above will also solve Feature Split- Change to component #562 and Update order of Feature Split fields #1056
