Exception Handling Proposal Support

Rust recently gained unstable support for the exception handling proposal in rust-lang/rust#121438.
It would be great if we could support this in wasm-bindgen, which depends on walrus.

I'm interested in this as well. Is it a lot of work to get through?

I think the solution to newer features like this is to migrate off of Walrus to instead use Wirm, which already supports it.

I've tried a couple of times to see how far Claude can get with a Walrus -> Wirm migration upstream in wasm-bindgen. Have got surprisingly far. If someone wants to attempt would gladly review and merge.

@guybedford I don't think Wirm is ready yet. Still missing DWARF and SIMD support, AFAICS.
