Feedback on conformance

As we continue developing conformance, we seek input on the following:

• Which option has the best chance of adoption and why?
• How well do these approaches support regulatory needs?
• How will these approaches be integrated into a conformance model (including levels or scores)?

Amber Knabl, Elana Chapman and I suggest that regulations should be updated to include WCAG 3 rather than creating conformance requirements that align with current regulatory need. Change management guidance for regulatory bodies should be created and also plans for migrating the wider tech industry to WCAG 3.
