1.2.5 AUDIO (and textual) description #4855

@LaurenceZaysser

Description

@LaurenceZaysser

According the WAI and HTML5, VIDEO IMAGE DESCRIPTION can be provided either in AUDIO form (traditionaly in cinema/TV), or in TEXTUAL form (more recently).

Restricting the description of video images to AD MISLEADS people (functional and technical actors). It is a major obstacle to the development of their textual descriptions, both on content side and player side.

Textual video images descriptions are much EASIER to produce and synchronize. Their development would help a lot blind people, as if it was fully specified and implemented, much more videos could be described.
