FedID WG is considering a Registry with protocols for the Digital Credentials API that would need Privacy WG review. Are we good to do that? Any input on how to describe those conditions or process for doing those reviews?

I'd like to discuss the Fingerprinting Guidance PRs: specifically:

• I'll fix the reference issue but before the Ephemeral Fingerprinting section is merged, does anyone want to advocate for a particular name?
• Structure for the Randomization additions. It feels like this is going to be a new subsection under Mitigations with somewhere between 1-3 new BPs. Does that sound about right to people?
• Feedback on Issue 70 about re-organizing.
