RDF-star and SPARQL-star support for SHACL?

RDF-star and SPARQL-star are prominent features of the 1.2 stack.
So we must consider SHACL support for them.

w3c/shacl#15, w3c/shacl#23 in the old repo ask for it, and there is some material gathered.

• @caribouW3 "closed this as completed on Jan 6" but I don't see any resolution.
• @nicholascar I can't remember whether this is in scope? I'm not particularly eager to see this in SHACL but we at least should make an informed decision.

Note that RDF-star and SPARQL-star are deprecated terminology. RDF 1.2 and SPARQL 1.2 are what we're working on.

To answer the second question, yes we want and need to cover reification-related features, as written in the beginning of the charter

@TallTed This issue is properly named. RDF 1.2 consists of a bunch of things, of which RDF-star is one.

The name of the working group is "RDF-Star"; it is not the name of the feature.

The specs are RDF 1.2 and SPARQL 1.2.

The other feature of note by the RDF-Star Working Group for this working group is initial base direction.
