update SHACL UML diagram to include all features

The diagram is very useful, especially for new users.
But it does not show all features: and, xone, maxLength, minLength, pattern, sparql and more are missing.
The two bottom nodes do say "for example" and refer to Constraint parameters for more details, but IMHO will be easier to use if we list all features.

Note: the diagram is made with text so it should be easy to extend.

• The only graphical part is images/Class-Diagram-Arrows.png which are the two subclass arrows.
• but if we want to show SPARQL constraints and targets then we'd need to add nodes

When I ran the following query on the shacl.ttl file, I got over 100 properties. Should we include them all or select a subset?

Also, since some of the new properties are still on PR and have not been merged yet, should we keep this issue open until all the additions have been made?

If you only include the constraint parameters, they would be fewer but IMHO still too many for this type of visualization. The original diagram was hand-picked for exactly that reason.
