Hi, can you help me with this?

I have seen multiple solutions for HTTP Error 403 and 404 but have not seen anything related to HTTP Error 400: Bad Request, I was hoping you have any solution for this.

I was trying to get any tile from any location and it doesn't work, it doesn't matter which location I select. I attached a screenshot on this one.

I have tried blender 4.0 and 4.3 but no luck, I keep getting the error unable to process the root of URI of the 3D tiles : HTTP Error 404: not found.
I have tried updating my billing information and choosing a small area with few buildings.
I hope someone can help me.
