[Bug Report][3.11.1] vMenu closes on enter click

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.11.1
Vue Version: 3.5.25
OS: macOS 10.15.7 (current)

Steps to reproduce

1. (only use keyboard for all the test)
2. enter click - selector menu will open
3. arrow down + enter - select option menu will close automatically
4. tab - dialog btn will be focused
5. enter - open dialog
6. enter - open selector menu
7. arrow down + enter - select option menu will close automatically
8. esc - close dialog
9. tab - menu btn will be focused
10. enter - open menu
11. enter - should open selector menu, but closes it...

Expected Behavior

the enter click should open the selector menu

Actual Behavior

The enter click is closing the menu

The whole sequence does not matter. When the last item in the VMenu is focused, Enter closes the menu.
