[Bug Report][3.10.0] Tooltip with location top or bottom overflow window

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.10.0
Vue Version: 3.5.21
OS: Linux

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a tooltip button with location "top" or "bottom"
2. Hover the button to show tooltip

Expected Behavior

Tooltip text wrap, tooltip box is inside the window container.

Actual Behavior

Tooltip text does not wrap, tooltip box overflows window container.

Just tested, worked with Vuetify 3.9.x.

Workaround: :stick-to-target="false"

This no longer happens by default, problem still exists with stickToTarget though.
