Add a warning for uncommitted changes when clicking the "Add vue-router" in the Vue CLI UI

What problem does this feature solve?

Currently several files get overwritten without warning (such as App.vue). If I had known that the "Add vue-router" button in the Vue CLI UI would overwrite all uncommitted code then I wouldn't have clicked it before committing and wouldn't have to rewrite some of the things.

What does the proposed API look like?

Could you help check the latest version of @vue/cli ? It will do a simple check for uncommit and untracked files.

I am on the latest release (@vue/cli 4.5.8), not sure if that is also the latest version.
