Could the ‘date’ text displayed in the ‘Last updated’ section be adapted to support multiple languages and formatting standards?

Describe the bug

As you can see in this image, the interface is in English, but the date text of the ‘Last updated’ is displayed in Chinese, and there are no spaces between the Chinese characters and the numbers, which does not conform to Markdown standards.

It should feature multi-language options, and a space should be inserted between Chinese characters and numbers.

it's supported but opt-in as it might not be desirable by some:

official docs currently show datetime in your browser/system settings. the expectation is that most people will be viewing the page in the locale they have their system in.

regarding spaces, we are not formatting it manually, it's what https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/Intl/DateTimeFormat returns:
