Add the ability to disable the "Go to Definition" function for css classes

For VS Code, there is an extension "CSS Navigation", which is better to find class definitions (it can find classes in external css/scss files, or abbreviated scss classes starting with &__class-name, volar does not see them).

Is it possible to add an option to disable the "Go to Definition" function in volar for css classes?

The underlining of classes for which a definition has been found also gets in the way a bit. It would be great to also add an option to disable class underscores.
