[BUG] Unable to arrow down when the focused block is folded #549

Thanks so much for building this plug-in! I'm really enjoying it.

Describe the bug
When a block is folded, and the cursor is in the folded block, unable to arrow-down to the line below

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Focus a folded block
Press arrow down
Cursor moves to the end of the block instead of the block below

Expected behavior
Cursor moves to the next block.

OS: macOS
Obsidian Version 1.7.7 (Installer 1.4.13)
Plugin Version: 4.8.1
