Add release asset inventory to README

Why: users should know what the GitHub Release contains before opening the release page.

Acceptance criteria:

• add a compact release asset inventory to README.md
• include Linux/macOS binaries, Helm package, SHA256SUMS, GHCR image, SBOM, and provenance
• link docs/RELEASE.md
• do not change release workflows
• run git diff --check

Thanks. Let's keep this one separate from #89 and use a separate PR.
Please add a compact README inventory covering Linux/macOS binaries, Helm package, SHA256SUMS, GHCR image, SBOM, and provenance, link docs/RELEASE.md, and avoid workflow changes. git diff --check is enough for verification

Thanks for the update. I can see #95 was updated and I merged it.
For #96, GitHub still shows the same head commit and the README diff still lists GHCR image, SBOM, and provenance under "GitHub Releases include a compact asset inventory". Please push the wording change to PR #96 so it separates GitHub Release assets from the associated GHCR image/attestations. After that I can re-review it.
