Migrate PR and Issues to original #7
Description
Project has been renamed to vscode-org-mode-fork in order to enable @ajtoo to migrate the original project to the organisation.
Once this is done, we will have to migrate open PR, issues, and code to the original repository, cf PR vscode-org-mode/vscode-org-mode#121.
Once merge is done, we could archive this fork.
