Describe the bug
Enabling the option to force ISO format forces the simplified display on the table to be DD/MM HH:MM

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Settings -> Appearance
  2. Enable to Force ISO Date Format
  3. Back to Feed tab
  4. See error

Expected behavior
My major is server and network engineering, so I can't really explain what's going on, but I think that when I enable “Force ISO Date Format”, it ignores the OS setting and sets the date to DD/MM.

Suggestion
My suggestion is to begin with: I think that if we follow ISO8601, the date display on the table should also be in the MM-DD HH:MM format.
Also, while this is of lower importance, I would like the detailed display to be in the YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS format to comply with ISO8601.
What do you think of my suggestion?
