Explain in detail what your suggested feature would be used for.

The new grouping feature is great. However I personally use a theme with relatively minimal padding for a lot of my vrcx antics- Afaik there doesn't seem to be a way address the new headers for "same instances" and your "vip groups" inside a theme in a way that would allow users to reduce the gaps (or font size). (I know that you can disable grouping altogether). It would be nice if there was a tag that you could use to address those headers specifically.

Explain why people would want to use it.

I love the feature. But sadly it takes up fair bit of vertical screen space, especially if the instance name is long and it has to wrap around.
Being able to reduce the header sizes, padding and change their wrapping behavior would be convenient for a more "information dense" look.

like Side Panel -> Width to set the instance title's font-size? or padding top and bottom?
I think it might be a little niche.

I think giving a CSS class to instance name text should be enough.
IMO they have more glaring issues with mangled flags and floating status icons but to each their own.

I specifically meant a css class. Having a dedicated setting is excessive and way too niche imo.- But for the people who already use css to adjust things, there AFAIK isnt any class to adjust those elements specifically. I tried looking around but couldn't find it.
