Conflict with Flexible Windows

When compiling with Flexible Windows, Inform throws an error because of the following code: type of the value returned by the javascript command. Inform thinks it is refering to the type of a g-window, and objects that we try to access this property on a text.

It can be solved by changing all instances of the word "type" by something else ("JStype" for example).

That's not a total fix. If you have a game with Vorple and Flexible Windows, run it under Vorple, and type RESTART, the game will hang after the next move.

Cause is that Vorple and Glk Object Recovery (which FW uses) both replace GG Recover Objects, and one will clobber the other's changes.

Also, Vorple only runs startup rules once; FW expects them to be run each game:

This is needed to prevent the "restarting the game with both Vorple and FW support, under vorple, locks" bug.
It's due to a conflict because Vorple will only run the startup rules once; Flexible Windows closes windows immediately
on restart (through the "calibrate windows" phrase) and expects them to be reopened after the startup rules rerun.
