Voila serves blank page when started with existing Jupyter lab server

Hello I am running an instance of Jupyter lab on port 7788, which works fine at localhost:7788

But when I launch voila using

localhost:7788/voila I get a blank page with many errors in the console

Voila version 0.5.8
Jupyterlab version 4.3.5

Is it a problem with incompatibility of version or something else ?
