Possible features I'd like to work on for the open project

Features I'd like to work on from the open project if you guys think they're worth it:

• access control for conversations
• Messaging other users privately
• editing/deleting messages
• replying to a message/ liking a message
• uploading profile pictures
• sharing files(images and textfile to start with)

These are all very nice features to have. I particularly like private messaging, and replying to a message!

From a user perspective I think private messaging is basically a must. And then being able to reply makes ties the whole chat together.
