Vite with Styled Components reloading whole tree

My CRA project is moving to Vite. Everything is operating as it should, however the biggest problem I'm having is that when I make a change to a styled component, the entire tree linking to the element is reloaded. For example, I used styledcomponents to design a button that I utilize across my entire application. Therefore, all of the files in which I have used that button are reloaded anytime I make changes to its styling. If I use basic CSS to style a component, it functions well. How then can I stop this one?
