Stuck on [abc]

I'm experiencing an issue with my spa. The board display isn’t working, and when I press any of the buttons, nothing happens—no response at all.

I've checked the connections and ensured the power supply is functioning, but I can’t seem to pinpoint the issue. Has anyone encountered something similar or have suggestions on what might be causing this?
