Multi-User Install Can Distrupt Main Admin Install

Problem

If there is a shared system with multiple non-admin users and old vcell installed as admin:

1. first time non-admin user runs vcell, will ask for admin
2. next time a non-admin user runs tries to run vcell, they will find no vcell installed and will have to download and install.

if administrator is not available, then they won't be able to user vcell.

• Make admin removal optional (Need to ensure admin install is benign)
