Normalization Bug

### Problem
When Ann does their data reduction the normalization seems to calculate values that are 20% off from what they should be.

### Review
After checking the algorithm that is used to calculate the normalization values, everything seems fine so it might be later retrieval that is an issue with normalization. Either way the option for normalization will be removed for now.
