Import stakeholders and display them in the view

Hello everyone,
another suggestion for improvement would be the possibility to also see the stakeholders with their roles in the table, so that they can be exported and imported as well. This would be very helpful when setting it up for an initial fill - apart from later evaluations by ownership.

I had to check because I thought it was implemented already but this is clearly missing indeed

Are they already a part of the import/export workspace migration?

I skipped that part when I built that feature: assuming one would import from Dev, the users would not exist and they would first need to be created. But this new addition will take care of it and would just skip adding stakeholders if the users don't exist.
