Spinner is not working properly

When my dialog is open and before content is loaded the spinner works good.
the same spinner is used to be activated when I click the Save Button but it is not showing.
Is there any solution to this problem ? Thank you.

NOTE: We do not look at .zip attachments for issue investigation.
