Reset all settings ignores config.json file

Describe the bug
When a file config.json is in the root folder the configuration is read from this file at start time of the bonjourr website. However when I press Reset all settings the configuration is changed and the settings from config.json are ignored.

Expected behavior
I thought the settings given by config.json in the root folder act as the default config for the website. So Reset all settings should reset the configuration to the one from config.json.
