Add in the environment variables sections production case

Goals

1. Raise awareness about adding the NEXT_PUBLIC_[env_variable] should be on the .env file of the machine building to production even if the production has its own .env file

Non-Goals

A small documentation update that could save others hours of work :)

Proposal

It should be added to the environment variables documentation page
